Toccalmatto and Caulier join forces with the common vision to bring the best possible experience to their respective aficionados.
They have the ambition to brew their beers locally, close to the markets through three locations: Fidenza (Italy), Gent (Belgium) and Mexico.
Two years ago both breweries started a successful collaboration brewing two delicious beers.
This has triggered a friendship that eventually led to a nice wedding in which Bruno will be the head brew master.

Bruno Carilli, Birra Toccalmatto is seen as a magician on the craft beer scene shunning no experiment to give Extra Taste to beer geeks. Caulier Sugar Free is driven by the ambition and passion to brew the best low carb craft beers.
Both are working with the best ingredients and without sweeteners,colorants or preservatives. Together they sell 15 000 htl per year.

The Brewery of Fidenza has a capacity of 20 000 htl and will brew for the Italian
market where the partners sell currently 11 000 htl per year.

For Northern Europe Caulier has a long standing collaboration with De Proefbrouwerij. The infinite knowledge and experience of master brewer Dirk Naudts is widely recognized. Proefbrouwerij will continue to brew 3-4000 htl for the Benelux market.
In the medium term, the partners are planning to build within three years a second brewery of an initial capacity of 10-20 000 htl around Brussels to serve the North-West part of Europe.

Last Year a Master license has been signed with very strong Mexican partners to develop the brands in Mexico and brew the beers locally. This brewery will serve North America.

Thanks to those very high profile partnerships it will be possible to brew small batches close to the taps. A guarantee to give beer lovers more freshness and Extra Taste at any moment. Additionally it should reduce the C02 footprint of every sip of beer.
